REFUND POLICY

Educare Tutors Hub – Online Tutoring Services

At Educare Tutors Hub, we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services to all of our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

 

  1. No Refunds for Completed Sessions

We do not issue refunds for tutoring sessions that have already taken place, regardless of the outcome of the session. Once a session has been completed, the payment for that session is non-refundable.

 

  1. No Refunds for No-shows or Late Cancellations

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session or does not provide notice of cancellation at least 6 hours before the session, no refund will be issued. In such cases, the payment for the session is forfeited.

 

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • If a student cancels a session at least 6 hours before the scheduled time, they may be eligible to reschedule the session, subject to tutor availability.
  • Late Cancellations: If a student cancels a session less than 6 hours before the scheduled time, the session can be reported to admin and pending review will either be rescheduled or claimed as non-refundable.

 

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), Educare Tutors Hub may consider issuing a refund or rescheduling sessions on a case-by-case basis. We encourage users to contact us as soon as possible if they believe they qualify for such an exception.

 

  1. Payment Method and Processing Fees

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing fees or charges imposed by third-party payment gateways may apply, and such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
